Senior Showcase

Building Online Contacts Workshop

Free to Area Artists
Sarah Benoit of Creative Original Online Marketing will teach area artists how to collect information from potential customers and turn it into an active online network of contacts. Art & Sole ~ 5k Run for the Arts
Saturday, March 24, 2012
Registration at 7:00 a.m. ~ Race Starts at 8:00 a.m.
The moderately difficult race course will begin and end at the Lincoln
Cultural Center in downtown Lincolnton. Register before March 20, 2012
and save $5 on the $20 registration fee. The first 25 runners to register
will receive a free race t-shirt and handmade clay medallion. All proceeds
will benefit the Arts Council of Lincoln County's local artist gallery exhibits.

Flo Robinson Literary Competition Call for Entries
Deadline: Wednesday, March 28, 2012
The 29th Annual Flo Robinson Literary Competition provides cash awards for poetry and prose writers who are past or present Lincoln County residents. Categories include adult, high school, middle school and elementary school. Sponsored by the Arts Council of Lincoln County, Lincoln County Schools and Trustees of the Flo Robinson Estate.
